Party rules
- 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation of party package.
- For Additional customizations or special request, please text on 780-660-4700.
- Number of guests expected, food and drink selection must confirmed minimum 72 hours (3 days) in advance to ensure us to provide better services.
- No refunds will be offered with less than 14 days’ notice. The remaining balance of the party will be due in full on the day of your event.
- Socks are mandatory for both adults and children. No indoor shoes, outdoor shoes and barefeet allowed in party area or play structure.
- All the minors must be supervised actively while being in facility.
- Signing waiver is mandatory for all the guests before entering the facility.
- Treat bags or Loot bags must be distributed when the guests are leaving.
- No damage to private property while decorating the party area, also please ensure the safety of other guests as well cleaniness of the facility. No confetti, confetti cannons, party poppers, glow sticks, pinatas, glitter, sparklers, or latex ballons will be allowed on the site.
